The Environ Team returned this The Environ Painting Team returned this Newmarket Queenslander to its former glory. Using Dulux 3 coat system using Enviro range (hard wearing, highly washable, low odour). Amazing finish and another happy customer!

Roof restoration using Dulux 3 coat acratex membrane system
Acratex® Roof Membrane Satin is a high build, pigmented, water-based, 100% acrylic coating available in satin finish. It is designed to be applied to suitably prepared concrete or metal roofs in need of restoration. It has been especially formulated to make it suitable for the collection of rain water.
The team at Environ conducted a high pressure wash, check and replace roof screws where required, check and replace silicone, apply undercoat with Dulux MX primer followed by two coats of Dulux Acratex roof membrane in colorbond pale eucalypt .
